The GMSHRM Diversity and Inclusion Awards is an annual event that recognizes organizations and individuals for best practices in diversity and inclusion.  

These Award Winners are leaders in South Florida who promote excellence in their workplaces by fostering an inclusive work environment that welcomes and encourages employees of different perspectives, backgrounds and life experiences.

The winner(s) of the Awards are selected from online nominee submissions made to the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Greater Miami chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (GMSHRM) one to three months prior to the award ceremony.
